This screen allows you to enter notes and follow up messages relating to the subscriber.  You will see that the 'No Mail', 'GNA' and 'Deceased' flags are duplicated on this screen.  This is because it is best to write a note when changing these flags, so that a record is kept of when and why these flags are being set or unset.

The 'Follow up' field is used to enter reminders to yourself so that you can correctly handle customer requests.

For example, if a customer requests that you suspend their subscription for 6 months while they go on an extended holiday cruise, this would be the correct place to write that note, with a follow up reminder to re-activate their subscription on the desired date.

Another example would be for when you receive notification that a subscriber has died.  You would enter the details of the last magazine that was sent, and how many magazines were still to be sent.  If you then later on received a request to send the balance of the subscription to a family member in their place, you would be able to enter the subscription so that they would receive the correct number of issues.
