The manual follows the menu layout, and takes you step by step through all the program options.

Your index is to the left, where you can navigate directly to the menu option you need help on.

The navigation bar is used throughout the program to help you move through the various records in the program.

The buttons from left to right are:

• Cancel

• Sort
• Search
• Cancel Search
• Count

The Edit, Insert and Delete buttons are color coded Yellow, Green and Red, and when activated, the entire affected record is also shown in the same color, so that you have a clear indication of what you are changing.

For safety, the Delete function (Red) asks you to confirm before actually deleting the record.  Also, the program will prevent you from deleting records where there is attached information that would become meaningless if you deleted the current record.  For example, you will not be allowed to delete a subscriber while there are active subscription records.

You will find that these safeguards make the program easy and friendly to use, preventing you from making serious mistakes and damaging your data.
